Very important: This will only work if you have confirmed a valid email address for your account!

Is my password secure?

Basically, the more unusual your password is the more secure it will be!
That’s why we recommend bearing the following points in mind when choosing your password:
- use at least 12 characters
- use special characters / numbers
- use capital as well as small letters

Of course the most secure password is of no use at all if you pass it on. You should never tell anyone what your password is! None of our moderators or admins will ever ask you for your password!

How can I change my password?

You will receive an automated message to your confirmed email address (this ensures that you are informed if someone else tries to change your password) with which you can change your password within 14 days without having to be logged into your account. Simply click on the link in the email.

You will receive an automated message to your confirmed email address (this ensures that you are informed if someone else tries to change your password) with which you can change your password within 14 days without having to be logged into your account. As soon as you have logged into your account again you can use the link above to change your email address or simply go under settings.

What can I do if I cannot log into my account?

If you can’t log into your account it usually means that someone has changed your password or email address. In both cases you should have received an email to your confirmed address containing a link with which you can change your password within 14 days (even if you are not logged into your account). That way you can gain access to your account again without needing help from the admins. Check your inbox for mails from Club Cooee. Also, don’t forget to check your spam / junk folders. Sometimes mails can land there as well.

Please be aware that this system can only work if you have confirmed an email address for your account! So, make sure that the email address you have used for your Club Cooee account is an active one that you check regularly!
