fristly, keep your good attitude. this is the important one. No body likes people with bad attitude.
next is, never ask for the job, let the room's owner know you well. it is better than you ask for a job in his room, because he could kick you whenever hw wants if he doesn't like you. but, if he gives a faith on you, I think you won't be kicked easily.
